Fenton Chest

Adapted from the late Regency period this handsome chest features elliptical half columns with hand carved acanthus, central beaded bands and laurel leaves at the top and bottom of each column. The top, with three-line inlay of boxwood and ebony, features ribbon stripe mahogany as do the drawers and framed end panels. Cockbead on the rails define the drawers and elliptical blocks are found on each end of the plinth base. Dressed with custom designed antiqued brass hardware this chest is a perfect addition where both scale and storage are required.
