This extraordinarily remarkable four poster bed is a striking example of elegance and craftsmanship. The head and foot panels are framed in solid American walnut and feature matched crotch walnut veneer. The side rails are also done in crotch walnut with hand applied molding. The posts are in burl walnut with hand applied American walnut moldings. The crown cap is hand carved with stylized shell, scrolling foliate, acanthus leaf and all around molding. Hand carved motif is also prominent on the lower post section.
